FEATURES

Capacity: Thermax EcoChill+ fuel driven machine are available in models, ranging from 100-1100 NTR, and can achieve chilled water temperature upto 5 ºC.
Multi-fuel Capability: EcoChill+ can use various types of liquid and gaseous fuels like NG (Natural gas), LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas), CNG (Compressed Natural Gas), SKO (Superior Kerosene Oil) & HSD (High Speed Diesel).

Easy Switchover from Cooling to Heating
Cooling or heating can be obtained from the same evaporator section, by means of a single valve. This simplifies the switchover operation considerably.
In-built Auto De-Crystallization Mechanism
An auto de-crystallization line is provided in the machine, connecting the low temperature generator to the absorber section which reduces the chances of crystallization.
Also a magnetic valve is provided which opens and the refrigerant is dumped into the absorber to reduce the concentration, if the dilute solution temperature goes below the set value.
In-built Freeze Protection: EcoChill+ fuel driven machines is provided with a unique spray assembly to prevent the refrigerant spray as soon as the refrigerant pump stops. This eliminates any chance of freezing.
Compact Design
These machines utilize special tubes, Monobloc burners and other accessories which make the unit very compact. This compact design reduces the overall floor space requirement.
Cross-over Piping
The cross-over piping from absorber to condenser is a standard feature in Thermax EcoChill+ machines. It reduced the piping work, welding at site.
PLC Based Control Panel
EcoChill+ machines is provided with state-of-the-art PLC based control panel, with graphical display, user friendly interface and data-logging system.
Corrosion Inhibitor
EcoChill+ machines uses the new generation special corrosion inhibitor, which is more effective than the conventionally used Lithium Nitrate and Lithium Chromate.
On-line Purging
The factory mounted and tested purging unit consists of an electrical motor driven purge pump, storage tank, necessary piping and valves. Any non-condensable gas generated in the unit during operation, is purged continuously into the storage tank, thereby maintaining low vacuum in the shell

OPTIONAL FEATURES
Special tube metallurgy for Evaporator/Absorber/Condenser:
The selection of tube material is done purely on the basis of the water quality available at the jobsite. Accordingly, Thermax offers special tube metallurgy to enhance the life of the machine.
Dual Firing Burners: For flexibility in use of fuels, Thermax can provide burners which have dual firing capabilities like Gas-HSD, Gas-Kerosene, etc.
2-Sectional Shipment Arrangements: For convenience of shipping and rigging, the EcoChill+ fuel driven machines can be shipped in two sections. This is particularly beneficial for retrofit jobs.
Factory Performance Test: After assembly, the machine can be performance tested under simulated site conditions before it leaves the factory. The factory assembled and tested unit considerably reduces the time needed for installation and commissioning of the units at site.
Auto-Purging: The facility of automatically purging out the non-condensables from the machines can be provided that would operate the vacuum pump automatically depending on the vacuum condition prevailing inside the machine.
Casing: Ecochill+ machines can be factory insulated and can be provided with all weather proof casing for outdoor installations.
